On the Southern Sakhalin thermal power plant (CHPP-1) there was an emergency shutdown because of damage of the main steam line. In houses disconnected light, informs MINISTRY HOUSEHOLD MANAGEMENT COMPANY SAKHALIN REGION in the Telegram-channel. The emergency shutdown occurred on Monday, in 6:58 mornings local time (22:58 across Moscow). Without electricity there were inhabitants in the south of the island.
