On Kamchatka Territory prosecutor's office helped the orphan to receive housing

Prosecutor's office cities Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky Kamchatka territory carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation on minors regarding provision of housing for orphan children and children without parental support. It is established that the young man included the ministry of social wellbeing and family policy Kamchatka Territory in the list on granting premises as the orphan, since 2021 is not provided to them. By results of check by prosecutor's office the statement of claim about compulsion of Administration of the city district Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsk is sent to court to provide to the applicant housing.
