Mexico agreed to become the state guarantor of negotiation process between the management Colombia and representatives Left-wing radical insurgent to gruppirovki Armiya natsionalnogo osvobozhdeniya (Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization), transfers information agency "ITAR-TASS". The Colombian government and Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization agreed earlier to offer Brazil, to Mexico and Chile to act as guarantors on peace talks between them.
