Unprecedented case in the relation of the Russian musicians considered in Atyrau

In administrative court Atyrau were considered the unprecedented case connected with involvement of street musicians from Russian Federation to responsibility on the article "Sticking in Public Places", transfers "JSC Zhayyk".
