In comparison with last year the family mortgage became more popular: South Ural residents only in 10 months were given out credits on 4,5 billion rubles. The preferential program of a family mortgage showed a considerable gain January-October, 2022, namely volume of the given-out credits increased by 69% in comparison with last year. So, for example, in Public joint-stock company "Sberbank Russia" considered that according to the Family Mortgage program in our region real estates are given out to 4,5 billion rubles on purchase.
