Prosecutor's office Uzhur district Krasnoyarsk Krai carried out an inspection of performance of laws by bodies of preliminary investigation. It is established that in November, 2022 police officers concerning two inhabitants of Uzhur district brought criminal cases on h. 2 Art. 264.1 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (management the vehicle in a state of intoxication the person having a criminal record for commission of a similar crime in a state of intoxication).
