Russian Federation can perceive words of President of the Republic of France Emmanuel Macron with condemnation of blows to the territory. USSR if blows of VSU to Donets Basin are condemned also. It was declared on November 24 to journalists by the press secretary President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov. "We are ready to perceive such statements only if similar statements condemn blows of the [Kiev] artillery to civil objects and to premises in Donets Basin which passed since 2014" — told Dmitry Peskov.
