Prosecutor's office Kondinskoe district Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the former senior district police officer. He is accused of commission of the crimes provided p.1 by Art. 285 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (abuse of powers of office), p.1 by Art. 286 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (excess of powers of office) and h. 2 Art. 293 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (the negligence which has entailed on imprudence causing heavy harm to health of the person).
