Prosecutor's office Terbuny district Lipetsk region took measures to prevention of cases of non-compliance with public interests when using the state and municipal property. So, it is established that on September 29, 2021 between administration of the rural settlement the Kazinsky Village Council of the Terbunsky municipal area and LLC "CHERKIZOVO-RASTENIEVODSTVO" the agreement on use of agricultural grounds from the unclaimed land shares which are in administrative borders of the rural settlement the Kazinsky Village Council is concluded.
