A bakery No. 5 accused of dangerous pollution of drains in Volgograd

Photo: JSC Kontsessii vodosnabzheniya novostivolgograda.ru LLC "KONTSESSII VODOSNABZHENIYA" accused a bakery No. 5 of Volgograd of excess dumping of polluting substances and negative impact for work of the centralized system of water disposals within three months. Housing and communal services workers showed to combine claim on 1,7 million rubles. The bakery refused to pay voluntary compensation and concessions went to court. Representatives of the enterprise note that in its drains there are no those dangerous substances which were revealed allegedly by laboratory "Water supply concessions", however to prove it owing to features of existing regulations...
