The question of participation of the Russian TV viewers in vote on "the Eurovision - 2023" remains open

The representative of the organizer competitions - European broadcasting Union - David Goodman declared information agency "ITAR-TASS" that the list of the countries which inhabitants will acquire the right to vote for participants "Eurovisions - 2023", will be published shortly before the beginning competitions.
