On November 22 the meeting of the ambassador of Turkmenistan to Russian Federation Niyazliyev's Batyr Niyazliev with the new appointed ambassador of Mali to Russian Federation Haruna Samake took place. During conversation diplomats noted existence of historical links between Turkmenistan and Mali, in particular, establishment several decades ago twinning communications between the capitals of two states – Ashgabat and Bamako.
