The Polish court cancelled a penalty to PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "GAZPROM" for construction Severny potok-2

The Polish court on the competition and protection of the rights of consumers cancelled imposed on PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "GAZPROM" a penalty in a size of 29,08 billion zloties (6,46 billion euro). About it reported Management on protection of the competition and consumers Poland (UOKiK, antimonopoly authority). The Russian company had to pay such sum for construction the Nord Stream-2 gas pipeline Severny potok-2. 52 million more euros were made by the penalty sum for five companies, participating in construction.
