Improvement social the practician and increase of efficiency of public projects was discussed by participants of plenary session which International humanitarian Forum "Civil initiatives of regions of the 60th parallel" took place in Kogalym within the "Sociocultural Initiatives and the Best Noncommercial Projects in the Sphere of Creative Business" direction.
