The offer on release considered as fraud

In Rostov-on-Don court appeal instance upheld a sentence to the local Pyrig Petr, condemned for attempt to receive from the persons close to the businessman to Varshavsky Vadim, $1,5 million for "the solution of a question on its release". According to the investigators, Pyrig Petr addressed to acquaintances Varshavsky Vadim with such offer in 2021 when the businessman left three and a half years of a colony for evasion of taxes.
