The head of the ministry of administrative affairs and communications to Teradu's Minoru Terada will leave the post against scandals, writes agency to Kyodo. According to the sources, the relevant decision was made by the prime minister Japan Fumio Kisida. It is specified that Teradu will submit the application on resignation on November 20. It already the third case of personnel shifts in the cabinet Kisida which was updated in August.
