To Colombia declared threat of new heavy rains

The Colombian Institute hydrologies, meteorologies and studying of environment predicts new rains as emergency situation, entered by the authorities, continues action for November 18. About it writes Prensa Latina. Considering this situation, the organization recommends to strengthen preventive measures in connection with possible consequences of heavy rains. Also it is recommended to pay special attention to monitoring storm, a hail, storm high waters, landslides, tornadoes, avalanches and floods in the territory of the country.
