Criminal case is directed to Irkutsk Region to court about the forest fire which has caused to forest fund damage at the rate about 2 million rubles

Prosecutor's office Bohan district Irkutsk region approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the 72-year-old man. He is accused of the commission of crime, the criminal code of Russian Federation provided p.1 by Art. 261 (damage of forest plantings). According to inquiry, spring of 2022 accused, being on a leased site of the wood in Bohan district, did not take measures to suppression of the smoldering remains after burning of waste in a garbage hole.
