The Ministry of Justice decided on order of formation and use of the unified register of data on the persons involved to activity of the extremist or terrorist organizations — the draft of the relevant order is published on a governmental portal of disclosure of information. The list will be closed for the general access: electoral commissions and he will be able to receive information on stay in the register of this or that citizen only. The expert considers that the described procedure will complicate and without that hard training of candidates for elections, but will add legal definiteness.
