Paris and Washington D.C. went to an aggravation to South Caucasus

Paris and Washington D.C. practically at the same time took steps which can seriously change prospects of signing of preparing peace contracts between Azerbaijan and Armenia. Senate of French Republic 295 voices pro adopted the resolution in support of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh. "The government Azerbaijan is obliged to take measures for protection of the Armenian population, the Armenian religious and cultural heritage according to the Convention on prohibition of all types of discrimination of January 4, 1969" — is spoken in the resolution.
