In Uganda passed the III Russian cultural festival

The annual Festival of the Russian culture took place on the past weekend in Uganda. Action was organized by Coordination council of compatriots in Uganda, Association of Russian-speaking women in Uganda "Dewdrop", the chairman of KCOPC Uganda Olga Atubo.
