To Russian Federation wanted to block legislatively a way to the liquid municipal waste (LMW) to the rivers and lakes, and also to start reform not centralized system of water disposals. Such way to protect reservoirs from dangerous garbage offered State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, write daily social and political business newspaper "Izvestiya".
