Revision of system of managements materials and resources in the cities, as well as as a whole approaches to production and to consumption — a basis for the solution of problems of climate change and degradation of natural ecosystems. The metabolic analysis is one of the tools considerably reducing load of environment and economic costs, connected with management waste and deliveries of primary resources which is not used yet to Russian Federation.
