Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee under the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation of the Altai Territory informed on November 11 on initiation of legal proceedings concerning the deputy minister of natural resources and ecology Altai Territory — the chief of managements the woods. He is accused of the commission of crime, provided, p.1 by Art. 286 of the criminal code of Russian Federation ("Excess of powers of office").
