Basmanny district court of Moscow took into custody till January 5, 2023 Mirzoev Ikhtiyar — the owner of cafes "Range" where as a result of a fire 13 people were lost. Regional Duma of Kostroma detained the deputy on November 10 on charge of violation of requirements of fire safety.
