International day of radiology. It was founded at the initiative of the European society of radiology, Radiological society North America and the American colleges radiology. For the first time a holiday celebrated in 2012. On November 8, 1895 in the course of experiments of physics Rentgen Wilhelm opened invisible beams which were capable to pass through a tree and paper. Also they got through a body of the person and allowed to do pictures of bone structures. The scientist called them X-beams. In 1901 Rentgen Wilhelm was awarded Nobel Prize on physics.
