The ex-shareholder "Obedinennaya Vagonnaya company" asks to declare bankrupt her "daughter"

Moscow, 7 Nov – Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti". Arbitral tribunal of the city of Moscow registered the statement LLC "Region Trust", the ex-shareholder of PAO "Obedinennaya Vagonnaya company" (OVK), demanding to declare bankrupt LLC "OVK FINANCE", the affiliated structure of OVK which was engaged in issue of bonds, is reported in a card file of arbitration affairs. The statement arrived in court on November 3, to consideration it is not accepted yet. The sum of debts "Finansa" before the applicant in a card of business is not specified by OVK.
