Prosecutor's office Almenevo district Kurgan region carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation on minors regarding provision of housing for orphan children and children without parental support. It is established that the young man with the included local government in the list on extraordinary granting premises, since 2016 are provided to them not was. For restoration of the violated right of social and unprotected category of citizens the prosecutor sent to court the statement of claim with the requirement to oblige administration of the area to provide it with the corresponding housing.
