A monument to the Russian empress Catherine II, being in Odesa, decided to protect with a wooden fence and to roll up a black film. About it it is reported in Telegram-kanale Ura.ru. Vandalism could become one of the reasons for fencing and wrapping installation by a film of a monument. When about a monument there was a fencing, at the moment it is not known. The monument to Catherine II as to the foundress Odesa and to her associates appeared in the city in 1900. In 1920 this monument dismantled.
