SK Russian Federation initiated proceedings on negligence after a fire in night club "Range" in Kostroma

In Kostroma investigators brought criminal case upon negligence of officials which led to death of people as a result of a fire in night club "Range". About it reports Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation in the Telegram-channel.
