To Estonia sales real estates continued falling in the fall, but the rise in prices remains

Photo: RBC B the third quarter 2022 to Estonia was made 12 493 transactions of purchase and sale real estates for total amount of 1,36 billion euro. Such data were sounded by Estonian land department. In annual calculation (in comparison with the same quarter of last year) the number of transactions decreased by 14%. The total cost of transactions increased by 4%, but in comparison with the last quarter the number of transactions decreased by 12%, and the total cost decreased by 8%.
