Prosecutor's office Pribaykalsky district Republic of Buryatia approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the official of institution of forestry. He is accused of commission of the crimes provided by h. 3 Art. 260 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (the illegal cabin of forest plantings made with use of the official position, in especially large size), h. 2 Art. 292 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (office forgery).
