Developments a library science in the Eagle

The governor Andrey Klychkov signed the corresponding order of Government of the Oryol region the Concept of developments a library science to Oryol Region for the period till 2030 is aimed at the complex development a library science, modernization of library system Oryol Region, preservation and replenishment of library stocks, expansion of free and equal access of citizens to information, introduction of information technologies, methodical providing activity libraries.
