As it is established during the investigation, in the spring of the current year the condemned was in the house in a place of the continuous accommodation in the territory Biysk district in common with the spouse where between them there was a quarrel. During the arisen quarrel the condemned struck one blow with a kitchen knife in area of a thorax of the victim who from the received damage died on a scene.
