The congress Colombia (two-chamber parliament) adopted the law allowing the Colombian government to enter negotiations with insurgents and criminal groups concerning achievement of peaceful settlement in the country, Prad Alfonso told to journalists chapter Ministries of Internal Affairs the republics.
