The sentence is pronounced to the former vice-chairman Ministers Council of the Krym Republic

The proofs collected by Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation, are recognized by court sufficient for adjudgement to the former vice-chairman Ministers Council of the Krym Republic Vitaly Germanovich Nakhlupin and to his accomplice Dukorsky Valentine. They are found guilty of receiving a bribe in especially large size (h. 6 Art. 290 of the criminal code of Russian Federation).
