The authorities of United States of America, South Korea and Japan warned North Korea about "unprecedented" measures in response to test of the nuclear weapon from outside Pyongyang. The First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs declared South Korea Cho Khen Dawn on joint press conferences to Tokyo in which deputy minister of foreign affairs Japan Takeo Mori and the Deputy Secretary of State of United States of America Vendi Rut Sherman also took part.
