Moscow, 26 Oct — the PRIME. PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY INSURANCE COMPANY "ROSGOSSTRAKH" addressed in Supreme Court of the Russian Federation with the cassation complaint in which asks to revise judicial acts of three subordinate instances which have refused to it collecting from companies LLC "CAPITAL LIFE STRAKHOVANIYE ZHIZNI" (KLSZh) which is under control to the businessman Eugenie Lennorovich Giner, about 151,4 billion rubles. As appears from information in a card file of arbitration affairs, complaint arrived in the Supreme court on October 25, any decisions on it it is not accepted yet.
