In Voronezh the commercial organization is fined half a million rubles for a corruption offense

Prosecutor's office Central Federal District area Voronezh Voronezh region carried out an inspection of observance of the legislation on counteraction corruptions. It is established that lawyer LLC "ZhilKomEnergo", working in interests of the specified organization, tried to transfer 45 thousand rubles to the defendant's representative by consideration civil claims in Arbitral tribunal of the Voronezh region and 19th arbitration court of appeal. In this regard the prosecutor of the area concerning LLC "ZhilKomEnergo" initiated proceedings on the administrative offense provided p.1 by Art. 19.28 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences (illegal remuneration on behalf of the legal entity)...
