More than 850 drafts of acts underwent the ORV procedure in 9 months 2022

Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation from January to September, 2022 prepared the conclusions about the assessment of regulating influence (ARI) concerning 866 drafts of regulations. From them 27% received the negative decisions indicating insufficiently worked requirements and existence of provisions which could entail excess expenses of subjects business activity.
