So the Petersburg deputies Solovyev Anton, Ryabokon Andrey and Denise Aleksandrovich Chetyrbok consider. They prepared the draft of amendments to the Criminal code which suggest to enter such responsibility. They consider existing measures of administrative character insufficient.
