The Ministry of Economics developed the draft of the new federal standard of an assessment intellectual properties and intangible assets (FSO XI). Important innovation of the document (is at newspaper "Kommersant") — the section on features of carrying out an assessment at pledge of such assets. It is necessary for developments crediting with "intellectual" providing. Now banks extremely reluctantly give out money on the security of such objects because of difficulties with an assessment.
