Interdistrict prosecutor's office of Liski of the Voronezh region demanded to equip street lighting in eight rural settlements

By Liskinsky interdistrict prosecutor's office during the carried-out inspection it is established that in a number of rural settlements in defiance of the current legislation there is no street lighting. According to requirements of Federal law of the Russian Federation of 6 October 2003 No. 131-FZ "On the General Principles of the Organization of Local Self-Government in the Russian Federation", the duty on the organization of improvement of the territory of the settlement, including illumination of streets, is assigned to local governments.
