Renault S.A. and Nissans are close to alliance rescue at the expense of new arrangements

Moscow. October 21. information agency "Interfaks" - the French car maker of Renault S.A. SA is close to conclusion of agreement from Japanese Nissan Motor Co. Ltd. to Corp. which will allow to rescue their alliance from disintegration, writes newspaper "The Financial Times" with the reference at once on six people familiar with a question. Under the terms of the agreement of Renault S.A. will reduce a share of the voting rights in Nissan, and Nissan invests in business Renault S.A. on production electric cars, interlocutors of the edition told.
