"to Isuzu Sollers" leaves SPIK

Parity JV Sollers and Japanese Isuzu got government approval on special investment contract (SPIK) cancellation. Actually company did not fulfill the obligations: for example, car UAZ on the basis of the chassis of Isuzu had to arrive in production in 2021. Thus the parties owe nothing to the state as did not use privileges. Though refusal of SPIK and probably the subsequent exit of Isuzu from the joint venture was discussed even before crisis, now in doubt in principle further work of the Japanese companies to Russian Federation because of logistic problems and restrictions from outside Japan on deliveries...
