State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation adopted in the first reading the bill governing the relations, concerning public property in a complex of individual houses and land plots with the general infrastructure, the correspondent of information agency "REGNUM" reports on October 19. "For all burning, all have a subject the vision as it is better to govern these relations. It is necessary to choose the most acceptable option" — Svetlana Ivanova told the deputy head Ministry of Construction and Housing-Communal Services of the Russian Federation.
