New edition of the charter of Federatsiya fekhtovaniya Russian Federation] is accepte

On October 17 in LLC "OKR", Olympic committee Russia, ROC there took place extraordinary conference of Federatsiya fekhtovaniya Russian Federation on which delegates accepted new edition of the charter of the organization. At conference there were 45 delegates – on one from 45 regional organizations, and also FFR management. From the moment of the adoption of the previous edition, that is since November, 2011, passed 11 years. During this time in legislative base which regulates activity the organizations, similar FFR, a lot of things were changed.
