By Prosecutor's office the Visaitovsky region of Grozny it is taken part in consideration by court criminal case concerning Mokhir N., accused of the commission of crime, the provided h. 2 Art. 151 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (involvement of the minor in occupation by begging).
