The investment company LLC "KISMET CAPITAL GROUP" declared the conclusion of the transaction on acquisition at the South African holdings Naspers Ltd a 100% share in an online platform of announcements of Avito Holding AB. As the investment group press service reports, the sum of the agreement will make about 151 billion rubles. Financing purchases and calculations for it will provide consortium of banks led by JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "ROSSIYSKY SELSKOKHOZYAYSTVENNY BANK". The transaction is in the final stage. The buyer already got permissions of Federal Antimonopoly Service and the governmental commission on control behind foreign investments.
