The State customer did not accept register records of contracts at an assessment of demands — Federal Antimonopoly Service did not find violations

The participant complained that the customer illegally did not accept to an experience assessment register records of the executed contracts and appropriated to the demand of 0 points. The customer explained: under the terms purchases experience supported by electronic documents or skan-copies. The participant submitted only numbers of register records therefore its demand estimated at 0 points. Controlers decided that actions of the customer do not contradict the provision on an assessment and the Law N Law "About Contract System in the Sphere of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs". Let's note, Federal Antimonopoly Service and earlier took such position. Recently she was supported by Administration office of federal antimonopoly service of the Pskov region.
